EVENT RULES

  1. Papers should focus on topics related to Computer Science—such as AI, ML, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, Networking, or related fields.
  2. Team size: 1 to 3 members
  3. Submit an abstract (≤ 300 words) via Google Form. Selected teams must email their PPT by 24.10.2025, 4:00 p.m. to: papernovacyborgs2025@gmail.com
  4. Hard copies must be submitted to the judges before the presentation.
  5. Papers must follow the IEEE format.
  6. Plagiarized or copied work will result in disqualification.
  7. Only PowerPoint presentations are permitted.
  8. Each team will have 7 minutes for their presentation, followed by a 3-minute Q&A session with the judges.
  9. The judges’ decision will be final and binding.
