EVENT RULES

  1. Papers should focus on topics related to computer science.
  2. Submit abstract (≤ 300 words) via Google Form; selected teams submit PPT by 24.10.2025, 4:00 p.m. to the mail-id: papernovacyborgs2025@gmail.com
  3. Hard copies should be handed over to the judges prior to the presentation.
  4. Paper must be in IEEE format.
  5. Plagiarism or copied work will lead to disqualification.
  6. Only PowerPoint is allowed.
  7. Each team will get 7 minutes for the presentation, followed by 3 minutes of Q&A with judges.
  8. Judges’ decision will be final and binding.
