Registration
- A valid college ID card is mandatory for registration and participation.
- Registration fee: Rs. 150/- per participant.
- Payment is not refundable.
- All participants must register before the deadline (22.10.2025, 8 PM).

- Team size: 1-3 members.
- Team size may vary according to events.
Participation
- Participants can participate in 'two events' or 'one event and one paper presentation'.
Judgement & Certification
- Judges’ decision will be final.
- Certificates will be provided to all participants.

How to Reach SRM Valliammai Engineering College
- By Train
Take any Chennai Beach – Tambaram – Chengalpattu suburban train and get down at Potheri Railway Station. The college is just a 12-minute walk from the station.
- By Bus
From different parts of Chennai, you can take MTC buses going towards Chengalpattu on GST Road. Get down at VPT / Valliammai College stop. Some bus numbers are 500, 500A, 500D, 500E, 500W, 118, 118ET. The campus is a short walk from the stop.
